Does The Tap Truck require water?

No, it has water stored internally upon arrival.

Does The Tap Truck require power?

No, it has a built-in generator, therefore can operate anywhere, anytime.

What if the event Wi-Fi
goes down?

These things happen. The Tap Truck is built with private Starlink internet for all events.

Can The Tap Truck be used at night time?

Yes, we’ve built The Tap Truck with all of the required lighting for you to operate a safe and efficient event. Therefore, no additional lighting is required to operate the bar.

Can the stock be locked-up over night?

Yes, the stock can be completely locked up at night time for multi-day events via a hydraulic arm.

Can the number of cans being dispensed per person be automatically adjusted as per the Liquor License?

Absolutely, responsible service of alcohol is one of the reasons The Tap Truck exists. To comply with the liquor license requirements, management can automatically or manually adjust the number of cans served per person (e.g. from 4pp to 2pp after 10pm), and the POS system will also alert customers upon order.

Does The Tap Truck have stock control?

Yes, we’ll give you access to an app-based interface that automatically tracks sales of all products at any time of the event. Therefore, you and your management team can determine bar sales live.

Do I need my own RSA Signage?

No, we will have all required RSA signage pre-loaded onto the screens that are built within The Tap Truck.

What happens if a generator breaks down?

The Tap Truck also operates off of Three-Phase power, therefore we will ensure access to power is accessible during events.

Do I need to print my menu and pricing?

No, prior to the event you can share your product menus and these will be loaded to the screens. The screens can be updated during the event if one of your products sells-out or becomes unavailable, enhancing the customer experience.

These menus can also be custom designed to your beverage partner for the event.

Can I add my beverage partner signage?

Absolutely. The Tap Truck can be custom skinned with your event or your beverage partner’s assets. Additionally, the digital screens can be updated with specific menu designs.

So I can really operate a bar without a point-of-service staff?

That’s exactly right! You will always need your Bar Manager, RSA Marshall/Security and stockies to load The Tap Truck. Although the entire service point is low-touch, without customer interaction.
